Muddy (Chief Compliance Officer) took on the CCO role because he had to, or the humans would have screwed it up. He takes his job very seriously, making sure that Jon doesn't overexert himself, that there are comfy spots to nap, plenty of snacks, and that no one gets out of line. Muddy is the referee, the manager, the serious overseer.
(We got Muddy as a puppy when Jon was very sick, so he grew up being very protective of Jon and going everywhere with him. That's just a part-time job for him now, but he still keeps a serious eye on Jon.)
Pippin (Chief Inspection Officer) makes sure nothing comes through the door without a thorough inspection. He believes he's quality control. We believe he's looking for snacks. Pippin is curious, irreverent, goofy, and anxious.
(Pippin was a COVID pup, so he didn't get as much early exposure to the world as we'd have liked.)
Muddy and Pippin will have their own space away from the main customer area.
